	I got lucky and rolled a 100. I haven't been playing for awhile, are +8 tomes the max you can get? Or did they release +9's?

You can basically get two raids in or farm a quest item as fast as you can. If a quest item has the same pitifully low drop rate as the Trials of Archons pack AKA: Demons Assault it may be more useful to use it on the quest rather than the raid.
