	Tier 4 from Warpriest/Warsoul Quote: New: Silence the Wicked (multiselect melee/ranged): +1/2/3[w], affected enemy can't cast spells for 4 seconds. Melee: 14/12/10 second cooldown. Ranged: 20/18/15 second cooldown. Tier 5 from Warsoul only Quote: Divine Power remains at 2AP. It now also grants a +1 Competence bonus to Critical Multiplier with weapons. Capstone Angel of Vengence Quote: - Ascendancy's many versions based on deity are now gone. In their place: - Ascendancy: Both versions grant +2 to all Skills, +20 Universal Spell Power, and a Searing Light SLA that costs zero spell points. Multiselector: +4 Wisdom +4 Charisma Tier 3 Angel of Vengence Quote: NEW: Sun Bolt SLA (12/9/6 second cooldown, 12/10/8 SP) Tier 5 Angel of Vengence Quote: Tier 5: NEW: Cometfall SLA (20/15/12 second cooldown,35/30/25 SP) They are adding an item that can give you an 8th filigree slot. Prowess boost is now only 75 MP (it was giving 100 MP). Items are generally garbage. The staff might be a swap for another discorporation clicky. Warhammer might be ok. It has a stacking overwhelming critical on top of it. Deathward clicky necklace, 3 charges. +3 action boost goggles as a swap.

	I need FVS lives on my new caster, point blank -� can I make a decent DC FVS or am I better off going melee?

All of which have problems with other BIS named items or set bonuses you want. (i.e. Belt and silent avenger set). Before this there were zero named items offering insightful strength over +4 (unless you count Severlin's leaden boots, which are only available during the anniversary event and only go up to +6). And goggles slot is trash for strength melees.

Low reaper heroics should be no sweat with the new tree. I'd probably go melee till about level 4 though. It is definitely not as strong as air domain or death domain cleric though.

	OK nice! Exactly what I wanted in terms of SLAs. Sunbolt is a nice fast cast and a nice addition to the rotation I am a bit worried that they may share cooldowns though so will reserve some judgment for now Boosting the Archon is a really nice touch. Cometfall is a bit of a hidden beast, free cometfall is ace

	I take this all as Good news. Almost nothing could have made FvS trees more useless, now they are at least playable (in heroics at least, I have no insight into Epic/Legendary caster play). I have FvS lives coming up on my Main Alt, and this will make the grind more bearable. Assuming I get to log in and play more than 2 hours once a week...�

	Shit! i just realised by removing ascendancy they are taking away my bolt of the sun! and replacing it with searing light! ARRRRGH! OK, I do have another sunbolt SLA and a nimbus of light SLA, so it comes out a little ahead I think but its not as strong as I thought And it means I can change to a better CHA race ok, so +50 love instead of +100 love

	Can anyone check on lama? Sunbolt, cometfall and Nimbus of light - how do their DCs stack up against the spells? Theres no point casting them if they dont hit (e.g. EA destiny soundburst SLA is way lower than the spell soundburst DC) Does the Sunbolt SLA share the same cool down as the EA Sunbolt SLA?

I don't think sunbolt will fix how shit Favored Soul are before blade barrier in heroics. IMO melee is still probably easier, unless you're going iconic. Deep gnome 1wiz/19fvs is stellar. Maybe even burn an LR+1 and hit an epic box twice my dude? haha
