Probably not.  The difference between a 20/x2 base and a 19-20/x3 base is so large that all scourge and pulverizer can do is catch it up.

For heroic leveling i'm pretty sure I'll be going SWF Vistani using Sky Pirate's Dagger. Not much of a Barb guy but I think these numbers are right:

17-20x3 base Sky Pirate Dagger
16-20x4 with Vistani core 4
16-20x5 with Focused Wrath FB
16-18x5, 19-20x6 with Death Frenzy

Bonuses are you don't have to use feat on imp crit as weapon is Keen, gain 30% perma double strike, 20 melee power, +1 wpn dmg dice (SPD is 1d6), 30% haste boost, and a bunch of other goodies for only 24 ap.

9 cleric/6 fighter/5 barb?

What's the possibilities of a Raging Rune Arm SWF build with Barb and/or Vistani?

iirc correctly there aren't any cross class restrictions and there no spellcasting worth noting on a melee build.

Is there any synergy to be exploited there? Is the splash not worth the trade-off?

Seems that a couple of levels of Arty with Renegade MM, Hand and a Half BE would work... and have traps.

Or maybe fuck BE and ride RMM + FB + Sky Pirate Dagger + Vistani like a rented mule?
