Meta pure THF Barbarian build?

Last time I played a pure THF barb it was early 2016 where Zoda's build was the meta:

My questions:

Is pure thf barb even good?

Whats the "best" pure THF barb build? Especially the enhancements.

Item builds, Is the Baba great axe the best currently?

Scorpion Tail Falch pulls ahead if you have another way of getting vuln (e.x., Asamir). Axe is good though.

I got 13k today on Lam with a well rounded toon. Level ups in CON. Zoda's build is fine but I'd drop stunning blow for toughness. Then drop hail of blows for the Barbarian DR in Fury of the Wild. Meld added and asamir for healing hands for others.

Gear is gonna be different nowadays. The STR ranger gear from Symb or Junk is probably your best bet. Silent avenger is gonna beat Medium Armor.

Ranger is gonna be 30% more damage and better AOE through DOD. Barb you get some defensiveness from being able to kite with a longer reaching weapon, but THF is just behind atm.

I'm testing TWF atm on Lam, am curious if it can hit the 18k ranger mark after cracking nerf.

Even though Bloodrage Chrism is alluring...TWF was better then, and it is now.

Enhancements are still 41 in FB, but don't bother with t5 in Ravager anymore. You'll want Vulkoor's Edge and/or Flow + mist set + silent avenger set.

I'll get around to posting it eventually.

Thanks for the replies. Would definitely be interested in reading those builds. Are there any recent Tempest builds? Last one I read was from sergod (early 2016).

That one was pretty much a copy paste of mine. I haven't updated it recently, but I would do dex-based scimitars nowadays.
