	It shouldn't effect them much given Daybroke is only their publisher. I'm sure there are plenty of folks both in the industry and outside of it that'd hope Daybroke would go ahead and go tits up so the IPs could get into better hands. For all of Sony's faults, they weren't nearly as bad as Daybroke.

Sev has a quote somewhere saying how his "direct boss" was a daybreak guy. 	I think there's more behind the scenes than just a company releasing a new product for suckers to buy. Why now, would they release this "Seasons Pass"? DDO being at this lowest player base since 2008. Releasing this in 2016 alone would have been more profitable. Seems like an act of desperation. The release of the "Legendary Servers" in LOTRO is also questionable considering how half-assed it was.

	End of quarter, trying to drive higher numbers/raise cash to pay employees. Small Game dev studios (unless you are Blizzard, Valve, Bethesda or EA, etcs) are usually managed/run by people who don't have any business acumen. So they are very unstable places to work. I'm actually surprised DDO has last this long since being "purchased" from Turbine.
