	This has been around since monks were released, only back then you could no fail no interrupt scrolls, do doors, shrines, and even bug them out and get +7 wis/dex/con/str

And that is why if they do decide to try to "fix" it, they won't know how to use a surgical strike but instead a carpet bombing which will FUCK THE SHIT out of Monk cooldowns and break the class.

	Has this only been around for 5 years? I think it's been a thing since monk came out, or right around there. The real question is, why would anyone care? I've never understood the function of the slow recall anyway.
