	Well, "troubleshooting" sounds like they don't know what the problem is which means we can effectively disregard any end time they provide. It will end when the servers are back up, which means they have to identify the problem(s) first.

I've done some of these major DC maintenance projects before, and had they planned this out there was a scheduled break from say 2am to 9am. At the point they decided they weren't going to finish Wed, the infra supervisor should have sent most of the team home for rest. You queue up a long job (disk array rebuild, backup restore) and crash hard. Lack of sleep is the enemy here. Starting fresh in the morning is the better bet. However, given the times and now extending this to Thurs night is probably indicating a hardware problem - they lost a MoBo or backplane or something didn't reboot well and had to FedEx a new one from the hardware vendor.

I'm wondering if they've made the call to backout the change yet and try again later.� It's a whole 'nother ballgame when you have to start managing sleep cycles to keep the engineering team fresh and focused. Doesn't really matter I suppose.� This downtime is demonstrative of the company culture.
