	If you manage to put in a mrr item from ravenloft, then with the sheltering cloak. You have more prr and mrr. Carpone wrote on May 7^th, 2019 at 9:59am: Sharn gear may have higher DPS, but there's less PRR and MRR.

	Even op sets from sharn cannot save your stupidity. Every set I drafted for Dex based tempest lowered my PRR from loss of Adherent and lost QMRR from Slaver item. 	I managed to fill in mist set for str-based melee, and 21+9 str are from the crafting system. Dex-based should be similar. Why do you need qmrr as tempest? You can take a look there and see. I need the mrr to fill out to 100 because I have no past lives.

Sometimes 95-97% Top DPS gets you a lot more of something else and makes the build more fun without really affecting in game outcomes. � �
