So, with this new set adding a PRR debuff of 10, I was wondering from a MELEE point of view:

1) Does it stack with Dust debuff for -45 PRR on mobs?
2) If it stacks, is it worth to use the 4 pieces along with 5 Prowess?
3) What old sets would you give up since there would only be 2 remaining spots to fill.
