I don't have time to fully level and gear this build so i'm looking for some insight on improvements/functionality. Main goal was to keep snowslide/jaws of winter for stunning enraged forgewraiths in 2h2h, while maintaining a satisfying level of DPS. I have also considered some kind of 11/6/3 druid fighter monk and am wondering how this would stack up. Main drawback at the moment is lack of critical threat range boost but i'm not exactly sure how that can be fit in while maintaining at least 17 levels of druid. One consideration was Soulrazor+Dethek Runestone, swap in knights training for one of the less useful feats.

This is pretty similar to what I'm running and it's so good that even my shit playing can't fuck this up. I don't like power attack because power attack is not precision and I would rather have precision almost 100% of the time.

Unfortunately precision doesn't work with rage, so power attack get to hang out with raging and biting.  Tail of the scorpion comes from what might be the most annoying quest in all of DDO but it is such a nice weapon.

This build is everything that Unknown Builder claims to be

Yep, I decided to take both because rage nabs a cool 16 MP in addition to 9 juicy str. But if im having trouble hitting/piercing fort will break out the precision. Have you found tail to be the best weapon? Other contenders are obviously torn and blackrazor but I’m partial to tail because of the low inherent crit range of wolf.

Blackrazor's +20 to hot and damage sounds amazing, but I'm tapping.the block key often enough.that I can't keep any stacks   I don't have Torn, so I can't compare it directly, but Legendary Dreadnought is where i currently hang out, so it does got more appealing there.  I don't know how that would compare.

I do know.i would miss the temp SP if.i.started swinging Torn

I ran this build pretty much with the idea that I was going to be tanky and to abuse the fuck out of Blood Feast by popping rages on and off all the time for a free 1000 temp hp.

Problem was I found it to just all around not be as good as my 17druid/2monk/1rogue.  I find that split that I went into detail on in my other thread to believe it or not, not only have better offense but better defense as well...even without defensive stance.  Also I realize I hate raging- can't use Glacial Wrath, can't use displacement or invisibility clickies et cetera.

Getting the standing dodge up to 40%+, having the massive defensive clickie from Vistani and finally the huge boost to AC from monk wisdom AC bonus makes that build feel much tankier.

On top of that the dps is higher with the not one but 2 boosts to crit multi and range.

Finally you get one stat to rule them all, wisdom.  With monk stance bonus my wis is super high and gives me everything, spell dcs, AC, attack/dmg, 50% boost to dcs and dmg, bird strike dcs et cetera.

Give it a try if you'd like, I think you'll find out you like it.  Heck i'd even go 2monk/1rogue if I wanted to go str based and run in fire stance.

Well the OP build is a warforged with composite body as far as I can tell so has a 50 mr cap with no evasion to boot!

Still, on my build I have about a 90 reflex save, use the Beacon of Magic set for base 70 mr cap and then swap in a Nystul's 5 set filigree wpn/artifact combo for when spell dmg is unavoidable for a 110 mrr cap.

Extended periods at 60 to 100 dodge, 85+ all saves with evasion, roughly 200 AC, 110 mrr and over 200 prr is surprisingly tanky for a dps/cc character.

are you just printing out numbers? otherwise that doesn't add up to 20 so idk if you know this or not but levels go to 20, if you bothered researching the builds you steal to repost here or played the game ever you might know that.

I'll assume you expected to just add a level on to any class. Still, can't do that though.  17 druid is a deal breaker for me, snowslide is just that good.

This is a very similar build to what I've been trying to build towards and plan out for the next time I TR. From what I can tell in my planning, it's going to be a pretty decent powerhouse compared to a few other melee builds I've ran. Also, I have been wanting to splash  monk into the mix, much like Ulysses is talking about.

Thanks for the break by the way Grin.

In all seriousness, how do you come up with your builds? Do you just throw dice and write it all up?

I mean this with all sincerity... Just trying to figure it out.
