Yet another shitty copy/paste build without knowing how to actually play and optimize.

3 AP in Acrobat is a waste when Barb gives 10% runspeed.

Fletching is a red herring.  Forgewraith Titan (and other mobs) have SA immunity without Assassin's kiss.  Assassin also nets +2 SA dice.

This is the same moron who came up with "bows for trash, xbows for bosses" build.  I really loathe people like Tilo because they make authoritative sounding posts (complete with made up metrics) thinking their theorycraft build is good, which misleads players actually looking for sound advice.  Tilomere makes Strimtom look good.

Boring build, hold auto attack down for 30 levels. I like how the problem with the rogue inquisitor end game build posted was that it didn't level fast enough, and the problem with the leveling rogue inquisitor is that it didn't end game (Forgewraith Titan) hard enough. If you enjoy DDO, you should definitely stick with bows for bosses on a build with 41 AP in inquisitor, to double your enjoyment. Then chew doublemint gum, and say: "I'm here to kickass or chew bubble gum." Dumbfuck.

Besides boring builds and shit for brains, the only other conversation here is how to make a fucking pure 20 tempest? Fuck me. Just hit "Follow a path" on the character creation screen and you'll be fine.

How about something interesting? Anyone have a doublestrike + infect + miracle deck? Maybe with cantrips and regrowth to find and put miracles back on top of library?
