	What would be awesome: If they removed Reaper from Live and stuck it on the Hardcore server, freeing the rest of us from this fucking ridiculous Meta they've created. Let the Try-Hards, Shut-Ins, and whales give each other reach-arounds in the privacy of their own fapping-pit. Edited: And they can merge servers while they're at it, since their poor decisions split the player base.

A better solution would be for R8 and above on the current live servers to have a hardcore mechanic. You die in quest, you can't be raised in any way. Recall/release is your only option. And Reaper offers no re-entry. If you are dead when the quest is completed, you get no XP awarded.

	I was so caught up being negative about how they will get permadeath wrong I completely ignored how they're getting seasons wrong. There's no interesting new mechanic in play for the 90 days.� Idk, something like themed reapers, like a Shavarath invasion instead of reapers. Across all difficulties, they drop Shavarath tokens or whatever and there are dr weapon vendors like in Ravenloft but everywhere. Maybe a temporary buff from killing them. Whatever. My point is that the season isn't a season without something to define it. It's the same old thing just more unforgiving. Have a totally broken season where you take a feat to make crit chance scale off of a skill of your choice. Season 2: Show Me Your Crits. A fey season with tea buffs. My point is that when the server evaporates after 90 days, why not add something?
