	Meh. Need an option for "The store will be there at live but it wont matter much. The store whinging is much ado about nothing. I doubt whales are going to spend that heavily. Maybe in the first week or so of the first league or through the first league. But if this is a rotating 90 day thing, that kind of spend has such diminishing returns that it will fade out for the most part. If it is popular, and that's still a big if, the majority of players will probably not be spending much, if anything on the server. That'd be my guess. It would be like intentionally going to one of those an "unplugged/tech free wilderness retreat" with your family but bringing your phone, portable charger, and satalite wifi receiver. If you wanted an experience that includes staying connected, there are better choices and you are defeating the whole purpose of the trip. Not to say there aren't people who will do it. But I doubt highly it will be widespread or will be something sustained over time.

How much of that do you get by eating Otto's boxes? I don't think there is a leader board for character level, PL's or quest XP earned. You can't run quests massively overlevel so eating a stone actually makes it tougher to earn favor. And it caused you to skip a lot of quests you could have earned reaper XP on. Of course you can earn Reaper XP at cap pretty easily. But since you stoned there, there is probably nobody else around. Unless your plan is to stone to cap and be there alone trying to solo reaper end game quests on your first life toon with no gear (cause you didn't run any content and they don't give you end game starter gear) , then the stones don't do anything but get you PL's to try to use while actually running content in the future. While you are eating stones, leveling, and reincarnating everyone else will be earning favor and reaper XP by actually running content. Chances are your strategy would actually be a "start slower to build up character power first so that you can fly past everyone later" type of deal. Not one that would jump you to the top of the leader board at the beginning.

	You can earn Favor from LVL 2 Quests while being LVL 20... You can't earn XP though. ( that's how I got some rewards long ago by going back to lvl 4 quests done on normal and doing them elite while LVL 16 to get the full favor for that quest ) So if the leaderboard is based on the Favor ( and RXP ) and just the favor ( and RXP ) then stones are the way to go and you just go through Rx quests with 10 or more levels lower than your level and you'll get lots of easy Button Favor... For the RXP you'll have to work a bit though, as they are probably disappearing if you are too high level compared to the quest like the XP do.
