I’ve seen mentioned here they are broken.  What about them is not working? 

I was going to spend some runes to buy a pair but will spend on something else if not working right and no plans to fix.

im not jumping for 5mp. shouldn't be done while dpsing, anyway. the boots need to give a long standing 10mp per jump. 10 seconds is fine for 10 mp. 20 for 5mp.
