You already named the big two sets I’d use right there. Add in a devotion item, an insightful devotion item., healing amp, deadly/seeker/accuracy in whatever slots you don’t have already taken care of And you’re all set.

Make a level 21 version of CC Con plus either Str or Int since that level
Is a nice bump up from what you got at level 15.

I’m using sapphire and ruby rings from sharn for 15 to 28. Improved Deception and Accuracy and Ghostly taken care of in rings.

Why melee when you can go Inquisitive and pew pew pew away to victory?
Grab 1barb level whenever build allows it and at least 6 rogue levels for for mechanic core3, wracking shot and Fletching. 3APs in Thief acrobat for runspeed.
Enjoy the fastest TRs a build can get. Seriously, speed is addicting.

As for ranged gear:
1) lvl15 Ring of the stalker slotted with Master's gift. lvl 20 Epic Ring of the Stalker with Master's Gift and Good Luck +2
2) lvl15, lvl20 and lvl25 CC goggles: Search, Spot, Ins.Search (wearing) and Disable, Open lock, Ins.Disable (swap)
3) lvl15 Planar Trinket or Green Ioun Stone, your choice. Can swap to lvl20 and lvl24 updated Spyglass Trinkets during epics, if more skills work for you.
4) lvl15, lvl20, and lvl25 CC cloaks: Intelligence, Diplomacy, Ins.Intelligence
5) lvl15 and lvl25 CC boots: Seeker, Sheltering, Ins.Seeker, swap Flightfoot greaves, Cannith boots and Orcish privateer's Boots, situationally. 
6) lvl15 Family recruit sigil slotted with Deathblock.
7) lvl15 Celestial sapphire ring w/o stat upgrade.
