	You know there is one small possible upside from them stealing shit from LOTRO to put into DDO. Namely will they do some sort of Housing so we can have more storage space? Maybe a Wall for each raid you can store your BtC Raid Items you aren't using and not refilling the TR Cache... Something like THAT could be useful. I wouldn't mind not having to trash old raid gear just because it's trash to make room for other stuff. Since I don't play LOTRO but a guildie of mine mentioned they have wardrobes to store all their cosmetics crap that is distinct and separate from regular bank space. I could definitely get behind that to help unclog all those infinite cosmetics we seem to collect. I have no idea what else we might get stolen over to DDO so what are the other candidates for them to pawn off on us.

Beside Techno point, there's no reason to spend 5 minutes in Barovia except to look for the scrolls ( or whatever they named them here ) and to kill mob. 	the only way to make mounts cool is add something ala mammoth mounts from wow, i.e. a bank merchant or repair/sell vendor attached to one.

	I think they wanted to employ someone who made the mounts for LOTRO so they could stay on the books for future updates. They don't fit into how DDO is currently made (mounts in taverns/ blocking the quest giver, that is really stupid!) Don't get me wrong, even during alpha I was pulling for the Paladin's mount and its abilities but Eck put the kibosh on that stating it took away from the personal feel of being in that PC role during a dungeon crawl and walking around town. There were no mounts, familiars, NPCs. Later, they didn't want it to be a WOW clone of ideas that didn't fit within their structure. We now know the current generation of super-sensitive devs only want to bolt on stuff that seems cool in games without any rhyme or reason. They are anti-3.5 and don't understand that 3.5 was the last version of D&D before the major split of ideals to be a money grab (4.0 vs. Pathfinder which outsold 4.0 for several years). Most games that I see mounts in just block access to the quest giver as well as impeded FPS viewing but are needed since there are large distances between instances. I don't play those games. The ONLY way to make mounts useful is to give them saddle bags to carry even more stuff and let me have the option to turn off other people's mounts so they don't block my view / ability to click on quest givers, vendors, etc.
