2012 OP Furyshot Monkchers: IPS is fine stacking with Archer's Focus.
2015 OP Shuri with imbues: IPS is fine stacking with imbues, but stacking with Archer's Focus was not WAI.
2017 OP Shuri Spite: IPS is fine without imbues, it's Glass Shards that's the problem.
2020 U45: IPS should have been nerfed 10 years ago. - Lynnabel

At least they didn't make IPS capped to 3 mobs like DoD and Strikethrough.

Yup. DoD nerf is pretty sad. Hit from both fronts with 3 mobs and a 30 sec cooldown.

THF will be solid with these changes.   Especially specific builds. 

TWF, SWF builds using cleaves will get a boost. 

Bows got slightly better.

Several Alchemist builds will be strong.

Sorc is still strong.

Inquis got royally nerfed.

Xbow and star builds now suck at hitting more than one thing at a time.   Which is a big nerf if you are using your ranged build to clear trash.  (Personally, casters have always been better at that anyways.  To me DPS is always about killing bosses)
