Arguably, "AdamBell", "MatthewBell", "RobertBell", and "Jaynne" were available and better choices if clarity were important.

2) Rockstars can identify as he, she, turtles, razor blades, or cell phone chargers. Doesn't change anything.
Don't let their actual plumbing or choice of pronouns distract you.
