Guild Renown Decay Formula?

So I finally got my guild over 150 and am now wondering if there's an actual formula on how guild renown decay is factored.  I tried figuring it out using the wiki, but there are so many artifacts from the old system in that article, it's kinda hard to piece together what's actually going on there.

Anybody want to help out the mentally challenged here?

Decay isn't a big deal. When old timers leave guild, that's when you'll lose levels.
