Season Pass were, what, 2018? I don't think you can do a charge back almost 2 years later.

What would be your basis for the charge back?  You used a 24 month service for 19 months and now you want a refund?   On what basis?

I'm not sure what "insurance" you have and how that relates.   Visa/MC rules are max 120 days.   even if you were going to claim merchandise not delivered (not sure how you could do that) you are outside the realm of even the longest possible window of 540 days. 

I mean, you can always ask for a refund.  The worst they can do is say no.

The CC company might give you a charge back but what you are trying to do is *technically* illegal. You paid for a subscription to a service, the service is available to you. You aren't entitled to a refund simply because 19 months later you decided you weren't using the service.

Unfortunately this is the nature of digital purchases like this. If you are very serious about never playing DDO again, maybe try selling the account to Dupehero? Could recoup at least a little money that way. Alternatively if you have assets on Argo, I'd be willing to make you an offer.
