Ghostly and reapers?

Do reaper mobs bypass ghostly?  Playing around with gear setups for a THF fighter or barb and trying to see how hard I should try to fit ghostly in.

If you mean concealment, they dont, but IIRC theres some kind of concealment reduction based on the number of skulls.

I was aware that there was a reduction to concealment, just was wondering if it also carried over to incorporeal.

According to the wiki, it does.

Ghostly works for hitting reapers by bypassing their incorporeality, but reapers see thru the 10% incorporeality granted by ghostly to players, so you don’t benefit from the defensive aspect.

Cool.  That’s what I thought.  Trying to gauge if I should try to fit in ghostly or just slot ghostbane ruby.  So you know if non reaper mobs in reaper mode also bypass the incorporeality?

Most mobs in reaper won’t bypass ghostly’s incorp, so it’s still highly useful in reaper dungeons.  That said, beware of champs and bosses as those are much more likely to have true seeing.

At cap? I would probably just take the holystrike feat unless you had a gear set involving ghostly. Having the feat enables weapon swapping. I like to reserve the augment slots for DR bypassing. IDK what build, or weapon you're using, however I would still probably slot two DR bypasses into it.

I love the new artifact boots, but I think more items need to release before I can work that into a set I like. You can use Shadowdancer for ghostly but then you're stuck in that ED.

I thought the devs said at one point that reapers bypass a % of incorp per skull. Anyone test that out?

I agree that the 15% incorp artifact boots are awesome.

All mobs in reaper mode not just reapers or more correctly Incorporeality is reduced in Reaper. I wouldnt build around incorp for high reapers anymore but if its on your gear already then great.

That's what it was. Pretty sure it is just 1% per skull though. That's why the boots are awesome.
