Every indication is its exactly what they said it is, they are doing some server maintenance and hopefully some cleanup of the DBs. Here's hoping they don't fuck up argo the way they did gayfinder. Fuck hardcore, they can reset that shit all day long.

If they are reindexing the database, nope... dropping and recreating the indexes can take hours...
On the DBs I worked on it took 3 hours each time we did it... and it was most probably less complex than the DDO Databases.
