Basically they set up their payments system to only work for americans in america

if you are outside America, it either
- wont work for you at all due to a completely retarded set of decisions
- it will charge you USD and make you eat the price differences and conversion charges

They offer PayPal also. Use credit card through PayPal if you have to use plastic.

Good thing they didn't charged me VAT tax (buying from EU) like they did for other expansions Smiley
