After being a customer for years, spending assloads of cash on this game.  They did not even tell me I was banned until weeks later! I spent quite a lot of time trying to login, reset password, these twats are shooting themselves in the foot.  There are not exactly a load of people lining up to spend money on a game that has so much lag. No fucking customer service to boot!

SSG emails a banned notice to every banned account, always have, always will. Why you ask? because that legally insulates them against chargebacks and is the leg they stand on when you CC company tries to stop a charge, I mean how do you not know this by now??

The issue of people not being able to access their accounts is just that, people not being able to access their accounts. Just like happened in 2009 and in 2012. Are you guys so bored that you have to whip up some bullshit storm? Or are you so fucking scared of being caught with dupes that you (or your friend) freak the moment you can't get on?  Do you act like such a freaked out bitch that SSG bans you for that behaviour? 

That last part was a joke, because if they do ban you, you get the aforementioned email. And just to calm your collective vapours, my raid-mate got popped on Monday for mailing BTC with Wishes on one of his duper accounts, he got booted in the act while doing it for the dozenth time. By the time he was off and checked his email there was a permaban notice in it.

Moral of the story? You have to do some really blatant shit to get a ban and get caught in the act, and if you get banned they will email your before your ass is out of Ebby. That is it, end of story, so stop feeding the Naomy the chimp, and maybe he will finally stop throwing his shit everywhere for attention.

That might explain why I couldn't buy through paypal this morning. Poor SSG too bad they took out the ability to pay with subway gift cards...

I know a bunch of people on Cannith that were "locked out" with no email. They were dupers and dupe recievers.

1 dude in know was locked out for 3 weeks ... he recieved 2 ottos in the marketplace from some random. Next time he tried to login he couldn't. 3 Weeks later he can log in with no explanation.

So what would be helpful ... Can someone who got a letter post it so we can work out if any bans are perma ... or are they gonna cherry pick who gets what based on how naughty they were?
