	so i was banned from ddo and got no mail or any sign, how do I know if my ban is forever or a year?

	Keep checking by try to log into the game every week. If 4 weeks go by and you still can't get in, I'd say there was a good chance your ban is permanent. Congrats!

	They're not competent enough to stop it at the source so they're going to shoot themselves in the foot and drive away paying customers. Classic Turbine.

	If you deserved it its probably permanent. So far only people I've heard of getting the ban lifted were innocent.
