There seems to be 14 of them in total. I farmed them from about 2 hours out in the rares with a group of folks. We all managed to pull atleast 1 of the ones on the various documents being passed around. If there's a way to find other ones (such as farming quests exclusively) then maybe there are more. Until that's figured out I'm going with 14 specific items outside of the docent. The docent bumps it to 18 if you count 4 versions of the same item.
