I just had ddo delete 5k or so threads of fate. (I know it was more but I’m not entirely sure how much more.  Just vanished poof.  Gone.

What happened? As in what did you do? Dragged it from bank?

My shared crafting bank shrank down from close to 300 to around 180 since last patch. But I can't make out what is missing ...

clicked on augment in barter window. It auto filled from bank. Crunched.  Got augment and the leftover threads vanished

Yeah it sucks.  Back to the grind I guess...  Put in a ticket, doubt they will do anything but hey consider this a PSA for everyone,  even if it might be isolated.

They will totally do something.

Closing your ticket without action DOES count as "something" in the most abstract way possible.
