Is Boston hindering growth of DDO?

Do you guys think that major drawback of DDO (other than being run by clowns) is the location of where they are based - Boston?
I believe if DDO was to move its studio to California they would be able to hire more competent developers, artists, architects etc.
Or now that EG7 has acquired these clowns, should they move to London - the new silicon valley? I know that everyone is working from home these days, but once Covid settles down to a junk virus 6 months down the line, will a relocation help this game (and getting an competent game producer).

What do you guys think?

Beside ls lag, there's nothing wrong with the game. I still manage to have fun. Just the majority of the player base totally suck.

They would be looted already by some BLM fucktards. Jerry's ass raped wide open.

Homeless doesn't makes you a good artist BTW, well only in BJ.

Texas is the new silicon valley once they invent coal powerplants.

The mental retardation culture that runs all the way to the top of SSG’s leadership pretty much ensures that any location change will be a wasted effort.

No, the only way that SSG pulls its head out of its ass is if EG7 outright fires everybody in a management position.

The quality and availability of drugs in Cali is superior to Boston. Sev would not be able to control himself and would end up overdosing in his apartment, as 2 barely legal instagram "influencers" rob him blind.

I don't think naming names would be a good thing for me to do, but I'd pretty much add anyone who's a know-it-all dick on the list. Even if they are sometimes intelligent with their opinions, the way they state them in long, "i'm a lawyer at trial"-type posts makes me want to punch them in the face. They act like whiney babies with god complexes and then freak out if someone so much as breathes criticism in their direction.

Hey dumb fuck maybe do some fucking reading and realize that the majority of the Texas grid is coal and natural gas and it all went down because they didn't winterize a fucking thing.  That means that all their plants went down,  including windfarms.  It has nothing to do with power type and everything to do with corporate types cutting corners to save money and fucking everyone like usual.

Is Thomas “Mumbles” Menino still the mayor of Boston? Speaks volumes of the voters. Perhaps OP is on to something here...

Boston is actually a huge hub for game developers. What's hindering their growth is having an awful work environment and low wages.

You find this sort of thing across any spectrum of business: small companies that pay poverty wages don't grow because no one sticks around long enough.

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

It's going to become a mutating endemic that we will need yearly vaccinations for.  It's never going away, and while mentions will go down,  it will still receive mentions 100 years from now, assuming we don't blow ourselves up before then.

No i'm actually pretty sure its going to become like polio but with a worse press agent. Everyone will get vaccinated for it as a child even though there hasn't been a wild-caught case for generations, but only real historians will remember the pandemic.
