Will they?  The banned party is usually buying under fraudulent circumstances then wouldn't they?  I didn't think that SSG would be responsible for another persons fraud.

No-one gets banned for 'account sharing'... that's complete bullshit.

An account gets banned because you did some shit and got caught, then claim "it's not me.. I share this account with someone!!"

for fuck sake... it's not like anyone here gives a shit.. but you could at least not be obvious in the lie

They do ban left and right though. And some reasons are stupid and bullshit. There is usually more behind this. But they screw up all the time. Of course they will screw up bans, too.

That's why 90% bans are temporary, 1-4 weeks.

They had that second account before they got banned, so they obviously didn’t create it in an attempt to evade a ban.  Unless that specific account was banned as well, they weren’t doing anything fraudulent.  SSG’s poorly thought-out and written TOS won’t stand up to a legal challenge like that...especially when a significant amount of money is involved.

It’s not just because they banned him, it’s because they banned him, yet still accepted his money from another account that he had from before the ban, then they banned that account solely because of the other ban.

You have only 60 days to dispute cc transactions thru your cc provider.   Unless the dude had just been on a massive spending spree.

Hadn't noticed that, they did close two more of his general threads trying to redirect people to the Lamannia forum. The bootlickers and pallys were all over it talking shit to him. I'm always amazed when players attack some moron who is dumb enough to think he can try to get a say for players over something bad coming down the pike. I mean he is a clueless fuckwit, but that doesn't mean he is wrong to want it, just naive as fuck.
