You know, this reminds me of a question that I've had of late concerning sock-puppets... a subject of fascination for many fuckers here. There's a blacklist; the problem is the bar is so low only the most egregious offenses get you on it. Think Randy Pitchford or Chris Avellone.

While most folks in the industry will tell you Turbine and subsequently SSG are a joke, they'd still manage to land a job in just about any studio save an indie one they start themselves.

Indie devs have the integrity most of the time to hold a 'standard' of employment history.
