	Reaper mobs are keyed off of elite. If the elite ones are getting weaker, the reaper ones will, too. Do they mean the scaling formulae are remaining the same?

	There's no scaling of mobs outside of legendary difficulty other than -6 saves. They plan to remove the epic ward which gives them another +6 when U51 hits. The only tuning thus far is for Legendary T2 mobs only - i.e. Sharn, Feywild etc. This is removing saves, fort and to-hit. Their HP is currently the same and their AC is too high. I've seen Lynnabel say that they can do whatever adjustments are required their end but I've not seen what that will be. In any case, I don't give a fuck.
