	I feel you man, I'd advise you to try taking a break for the rest of the year before trying to sell. Come back see how you feel, and by then the majority of the shit they are changing will be over and the impact will be known. As it is right now everyone is so put off by what is happening that the market to sell is even lower than it would be. Either way best of luck.
