Oatmeal raisin cookies, no doubt.
Stale ones. Really just whatever is in the bargain bin.
But all joking aside - a lot of SSG's incompetence definitely stems from economics. This is a systemic problem all throughout the game industry. Unless you're one of the really big dogs, making video games also means making poverty wages or at best only living comfortable. Anyone besides video game artists can go off and make more money for less stress elsewhere in the tech industry.
So every game job
starts with finding someone willing to do a difficult task for low pay with tight deadlines. That means you have to want to do that job, which in turn means the hiring managers can get you to do it for even less money. And yet there is still FIERCE competition for most of these jobs because "making video games" is a dream come true.
Then, it turns out the combination of "Willing to do a shitty job for low pay" and "fiercely competitive" does not attract the highest caliber of human beings in the world. So you can expect a toxic work environment for added fun.
All of that best explains why we have Cordoban. If you do the math, he's working for just this side of minimum wage with coworkers who are a redhot mess and a boss who constantly belittles you - all with no hope of advancement. Yeah, you'd suck at your job, too.
But he's making video games!
