	They’re definitely looking for somebody with actual marketing chops. That’s a great thing since Tolero is so fucking bad at her job I doubt that idiot has ever seen a single marketing class. Still, it’s not going to change the fact that this new person - regardless of how qualified he or she is - is going to be reporting directly to the most halfassed halfwit that SSG has. Odds are that they’ll only attract bottom tiered applicants anyway. Anybody with half a brain will step into the place and immediately see how fucked the place is, then nope their way back out the door.

	Tolero use to be a community manager so she has no skills for reading code. They expect her replacement to actually work instead of eating Cordo's leftovers and sitting in the hot tub. It seems SSG has a hard time reading game queries, so that proves they lack the knowledge to understand the game.
