	Was wondering if this mantle would be worth using if you are a ranged or spellcaster bard. Is this range on the mantle damage really short?

	IMO it's not worth your time. Maybe DA or shiri would be better mantles for a caster bard

	Yea, thats what i was afraid of. SSG keeps forgetting that mantles should not have range limitations because that just means ranged/caster builds gets screwed over.

	Not sure why anybody other than a swash bard would want to invest in that pile of shit in the first place. It’s kinda funny - and telling - that FS’s mantle scales by with 200% melee or ranged power on a defensive proc that only affects your immediate area. Seriously though, if you’re playing a ranged or caster toon that needs localized defensive procs from mobs, you’re doing it wrong.

	Might have been good if it didnt have a range limitation and it was based on your attacks. Would synergize well with the sonic vulnerability in the ED.

Like the tier 5 LD that improves your "improved sunder and improved trip". Only problem, dire charge doesn't apply IMPROVED version of either. Wtf?
