	As much as I feel like Tolero hasn't done a lot as the marketing head, other than milking whales, I will say that she seems the most 'aware' member of the team as far as how out of date their marketing strategies are. IE: No bundling older content into expansion packs. She also realizes there seems to be a massive paywall for new players and that's why player retention is low. Really the whole video with Strimtom while longwinded and boring, showed some insight. I'll give her a shot. At this point she can't be worse than Sev who clearly does nothing on a daily basis for the past few years. And she seems to have some enthusiasm for her new job/position, in that vein she reminds me a bit of Lynnabel before they lost their spark.

	Just what exactly does a "producer" do in the game industry, and more importantly what do SSG's producers do? Releasing a producer's letter to keep customers informed of what they are doing is nice and all...but that also strikes me as, you know, the community manager's job? To communicate with the customers? What the heck does Cordovan even do aside from doing the weekly DDO chronicles and coupon codes? Who was the DDO producer before Tolero? Did they even have one or was it just Severlin as executive producer? Would be genuinely interested to know if SSG has a real bad rep in the gaming industry as well, kind of like what EA has, or whether they are pretty much unknown to most of the industry.
