	Start with the Legendary Wallwatch set from Sharn, then add 4 piece Eminence of Winter. Use the remaining space to fill out your stat of insightful stat of quality stat needs. I like the Deepsnow boots from feywild since they fill out con/insightful con on a single item. Alternatively you could use saltmarsh gear but most of the best items there are going to interfere with the Sharn set.

	Do your own tetris. Use all the set/filigree effects you can chime in: ranged power, doubleshot, dex, sneak dices, fort bypass, increased damage, increased helpless damage Then fill with other items that gives regular bonuses to such stats. Simple as that
