	Favored by Silvanus Prerequisite: Level 1: Cleric, Favored Soul, Paladin Race:Deep Gnome(wizard iconic), Purple Dragon Knight(fighter iconic), Shadar-kai(rogue iconic), Aasimar Scourge(ranger iconic) Forgotten Realms characters only, who are not Morninglords(cleric iconic) What the fuck? I am missing something, or was Silvanus created exclusively to sell +1 hearts?

	This is likely a license restriction. Silvanus is a Forgotten Realms Deity so only characters that start in the Forgotten Realms can worship him. In DDO the only characters that start in Forgotten Realms happen to be Iconics.

If you're doing a melee cleric, there is no reason to be pure anyway, so you can just do 14 cleric/6 fighter or whatever.

	Why would anyone melee cleric? Divine punishment didn't seem to be nerfed. And there's 3 or 4 more offensive light spells than there used to be, including sunbeam. I don't think you can cleric barb still (also makes no sense, fvs barb or pal barb would be better). Fighter/monk mostly do well on their own. Cleric lives are easy - granted not as easy as sorc/casters. But all you have to do is put up with idiots via an LFG and keep em alive....

	Why not? Because you will in all likelihood spend a bunch of feats and shit in being less than average. I basically just solo. Or rather duo. So yea. I can waste one of the 2 into a stupid choiche to 20. You probably do as well. Still, you likely won't be able to accomplish anything short of resurrecting the main 😜

I felt similarly when I paid for them the 3-5 times I did a Silvanus maul build. Those were good builds. I did pure pally, and I've also done wolf hybrids. Both were good.
