No one knows yet because the level cap increase has not actually gone live.

We can surmise that they probably will not in the same way "Heroic" stones don't spill over into Epic, Epic stones will not spill over into Legendary. Same way Epic quests won't give Legendary XP.

It won't. We will be getting legendary boxes - hopefully it will be in DDO Dupe store soon.
